Have A Dance Music Video, Be A Self-made Star
The images of sexual suggestions and dancing bodies amidst colorful lights come to mind when you see a dance music video. In every sense of the word, it truly is a feast for the visual and auditory senses, not to mention that your body wishes to get its groove, as well!
You can have your own dance music video and become a self-made star with the presence of Me-Media. Put your filmmaking and dancing skills to the forefront by uploading to YouTube. Who knows if you’ll be the next Marie Digby or Mia Rose! (Mia Rose got 35 million hits on the channels, while Marie Digby gained 2 million, placing them in the public limelight!)
With the emergence of Me-Media, you can become a self-made star with your own dance music video. Do not be afraid to put your dancing penchant and filmmaking skills, regardless of how amateurish, to the forefront of popular YouTube uploads. You could be the next Mia Rose or Marie Digby! (FYI – Marie Digby gained over 2 million hits and Mia Rose got 35 million hits on their channels, which is an extremely effective way of putting their names on the public’s awareness.)
People For Hire
You require the following persons to produce your dance music video, if you want to do it right:
* The back-up dancers must be suitable for the job. They shouldn’t overshadow you, but rather, complement you. You are the dance video’s star, after all!
* The choreographer should be able to show you fresh steps. He should also be able to highlight your strengths.
* The director is the point man for your music video. Determine your budget and his experience before you choose one.
* The cameraman should be an expert. He must be able to capture your best shots.
Basically, your dance music video will be created with these people. Other people like the production designer and director of photography are optional, particularly when you are operating on a considerably small budget. You can even hire a choreographer-slash-backup dancer, or a cameraman-slash-director. However, unless you want a one-angle music video, you just cannot be the star-cum-cameraman!
Your Video Shoot
It is good to have an idea of how you want your dance music video to look before you make it. Do you want a lot of special effects to highlight your dance moves, or do you just want to focus on the latter? In creating your dance music video, this is just among the choices to be made. Often, a storyboard can help you in drafting an initial “feel” to the video before you actually shoot the scenes.
If you must re-shoot scenes, do not be discouraged. The most experienced artists undergo this, too. You want your dance music video to be as polished as possible.
Video Upload
Your video can be broadcasted in many ways, the most popular of which is YouTube. Then you can relax and gnash your teeth while you wait for the hits to come. Or, you can make another one! Hollywood, here you come!
You will need to re-shoot scenes sometimes, as well. Do not be discouraged, as even the most famous of artists and directors undergo re-shoots to polish the feel of the video. Creating a cool dance music video should be a cinch if you’re a perfectionist.
Upload the Video
Your video can be shown in several ways, the most preferred of which is YouTube. Relax and wait for the hits. Or, create another one while waiting. Hollywood, here you come!
Feeling Blue? Cure it With Powerful Southern Gospel Music Lyrics
Whether read or listened to, southern gospel music lyrics have the focus and the message that grounds you in an attitude of thankfulness and humbleness, whether you are Christian or not.
Of all the genres of music popular today, one of the most authentically original is black gospel and souther gospel music. The gospel music song lyrics are one of the most searched for items on the internet, and for one good reason. They uplift. They pick you up.
Let’s look at two of the most popular gospel songs and see why.
Amazing Grace
Amazing Grace is perhaps one of the most famous and popular American songs, well beyond the gospel category. Here are the opening lyrics:
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me….
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see.
Aside music itself, which sends shivers down your spine from the opening notes, the lyrics speak to a universal condition. All of us, at various times, feel lost and unworthy, blind and hopeless. So this song’s lyrics bring a powerful message of the bliss of when we find our way, our purpose, whatever that might be.
Beulah Land
This song is one of my favorites. It is so short, but it speaks to the longing for a home that we all feel: a place where our separations and sorrows of this world will no longer intrude.
I’m kind of homesick for a country
To which I’ve never been before.
No sad goodbyes will there be spoken
for time won’t matter anymore.
This song is a great example of how universal the southern gospel themes are, breaking out of the bounds of bible-thumbing Jesus-saved me politics, and speaking to the human condition in a timeless way. Beulah Land closes out with these amazing lyrics:
I’m looking now across the river
where my faith will end in sight.
There’s just a few more days to labor.
Then I will take my heavenly flight.
Cure Those Blues Now
How ironic that another great southern music tradition is the blues, and this phrase has entered our language to denote ‘being down.’ If you think about it, perhaps it’s only logical that the 19th century slavery experience would lead 20th century African American culture — still segregated and oppressed for much of that century too — to develop two great music traditions that denote the depressed condition (the Blues), and provide the antidote (Gospel Music).
So pump yourself up with some gospel music – you can either listen to it online or, one of my favorites, is to print out the lyrics to my favorite songs. Once you’re up again, feeling good, and all jazzed up, then it’s time to listen to the third great black southern music tradition, Jazz. But that’s another whole story.

Nokia 5800 Xpress Music Review
Nokia 5800 became the first to use the touch screen for menu operation. Compared to competitors, the size of the screen from Nokia 5800 is not actually very wide. However, the design of glass surface and keypad removal make the screen feel very wide.
Remaining buttons are available at the bottom of the screen which is only 3 buttons: Call button, Menu, and End call.
To turn-off the mobile phone, Nokia provides the key apart; located on the top body, the top of the right.
Touch screen are vulnerable for accidentally touch but do not worry because Nokia has prepared a solution, the key slot on the right body.
Nokia 5800 is not free from problem that often available in any touch screen devices which is hand impressions, specially in the display. But the dark color is usually successful solution for the problem. Maybe because that Nokia choice to set up only 3 colors: silver-black, red and blue.
Typically, touch screen are paired with stylus as the input tool. Nokia 5800 is also same. The stylus can be drawn out from the bottom of the right elbow body, a bit behind. The funny is, if you opened the back casing, this stylus was inherent in the casing.
But there is also interest thing in the Nokia 5800, which is the use of plektrum as input tool. Guitarist certainly must know it because this looks like a regular pick used to pluck the guitar string. Plektrum is equipped with a rope so that it can held to the mobile phone.
New menu and movement sensor
Nokia 5800 using the latest Symbian, the S60 version 5. Not surprisingly, the home screen menu structure is changed. Nearly all the icon on the home screen are shortcuts to open further menu . For example, click on the icon to open the day and you will found clock setting.
Interesting note is that the Contacts Bar. At the bar we can enter 4 contacts which are the most commonly contacted. This menu can show the call or SMS to update the blog contact.
The Media Bar; “ribbon” menu that appears on the right side of the screen when pushing “touch button” on the bottom of the camera. “Ribbon” icon contains 5 shortcuts to the application of entertainment, music library, Online Gallery Share, Video center, and Bookmarks.
One more interesting is the movement sensor. When you change the position of holding the phone from portrait to landscape, the display screen will automatically change to follow. This function is the most enjoyed when you play fun game such as Bounce or car racing Global Race Raging Thunder.
Music and Music
As a music phone, music player is definitely mandatory attendance. The setting provided, among others are Shuffle play, Repeat, Equalizer, Balance, Bass booster and Stereo widening.
In addition to music player, this smartphone also have Radio feature. Radio, as always, require that the headset is connected.
Ease of getting to the songs supported for Podcasting and Music store.
The strength of the sound produced must be calculated too. And the Nokia 5800 is not disappointing. The external speakers that broadcast sounds was clear and high enough.
Camera
3.2 MP camera with Carl Zeiss Tessar lens is behind the body, accompanied with flash. The camera button on the right body. Second VGA camera in the upper-right corner of the screen; used primarily for video call.
You can splatter images with Image Quality for maximum 3 Megapixels that allows you to print the image for size 25×20 cm. While the video can be recorded with Video Quality high quality TV as the maximum progress , which means that all of the recorded video can be playback on TV, PC or handset.
Nokia 5800 has a TV-out function. Thus, you also can “move” the contents from the mobile phone to displaying it on TV screen. There are options which is TV screen size, TV system and Flicker filter.
